Adult Education Works in Indiana
The North Spencer Alternative Education Center will employ a workforce education teacher to assess a company’s workplace reading, math, and language skills among its employees, help the company develop a training plan to address any skill gaps, deliver instruction on site to raise those skills, and evaluate the results of the instruction in terms of employees’ learning gains and company productivity.
In addition, SINE supports a wide variety of services which are available for adult learners to take advantage of on their own outside of work hours.
