CIE consultant Robert Gossom will spend an entire day covering strategies in Math Reading Problems for grades 3-5. Participants will be shown how to successfully use multi-sensory techniques for teaching math word problems to ALL students. Learn techniques using diagrams that will help students organize information in word problems; figure out what operation is needed for solving single and multi-step problems; and write explanations for solving the problems.
